Workshops & Events
Rooted retreats are spaces to step out of the noise of everyday life and into deeper connection — with nature, community, and yourself. Designed with intention and care, these gatherings weave together mindfulness, ritual, movement, rest, creativity, conversation, and time outdoors to create experiences that feel grounding, nourishing, and alive. Each retreat is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with the rhythms that are so often lost in modern life: shared meals, meaningful conversation, quiet reflection, laughter, beauty, and time spent fully present in the natural world.

My works expands beyond traditional therapy, drawing on evidence based and creative approaches including movement, mindfulness, and nature-based experiences to access deep and lasting healing. I believe you have everything you need - I am here to guide you closer to your inner wisdom. I will help you cultivate your resilience, access your joy, and align with the life you want to live.
